Synthesis of partially nitrified titanium oxide thin films by pulsed laser deposition

We fabricated titanium oxide films which are partially nitrified by atmosphere controlled pulsed laser deposition.  The content of the nitrogen in the films was much higher than ever reported.  These films showed high efficiency of photo-catalysis and the activity lasted more than 12 hours.
